Ordering by phone, fax or mail:
Books may be ordered by phone (919 471-3842) Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Time, by fax (919 477-2622) 24 hours a day seven days a week, or by mail.

Payment:
We accept personal checks, money orders or draft payable in US currency and drawn on a US bank. We also accept MasterCard and VISA. When ordering by credit card, please provide the following information: account no., name on the card and expiration date. North Carolina customers add 6% sales tax.

Shipping/handling:
By regular postal book rate, $3.50 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book within the United States. (For international shipping, UPS ground and air services, and other services call us.)

Our Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any book, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within ten days. Book must be unmarked and in good sellable condition. No returns on videos unless defective.
